Rezidor Announces 4-Course Dining Event at Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel
Rezidor has revealed the 4-course menu for its upcoming dining event at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel.
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, November 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rezidor has revealed a special 4-course dinner menu which will be served at a special, limited-time dining event at its Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel in Spa, Belguim.
On two separate evenings, the hotel in Spa will be visited by Yves Mattagne, head of the famous Sea Grill restaurant, located at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Brussels. He will prepare a 4-course dinner in collaboration with Lionel Richard, Executive Chef at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel's restaurant Entre Terre & Mer.
Lionel is a student of Chef Yves Mattagne at the Sea Grill. Being the pupil of a two Michelin star chefs, he had the chance to develop within the Rezidor hotel group. He joined the restaurant Entre Terre & Mer at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel in Spa in 2005. Lionel Richard's own restaurant Entre Terre & Mer has, as the name suggests, a cuisine based on local produce and seafood.
The 4-course dinner that Yves Mattagne and Lionel Richard will prepare is as follows:
- Scallops
- Royal Oyster, Blue Ocean, Sake, Yuzu, Wakame, Sesame
- North Sea Sole
- Meuniere, Lobster Bearnaise saus, Porcini
- Deer "Rossini"
- Polenta, Chanterelles, Sweet Potato, Apple, Perigourdine
- Chocolate-Raspberry Crisp
- Coffee and Sweets
After this gastronomic event, the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel will celebrate the Christmas and New Year.
The Christmas season will be made special by activities such as sleigh rides and the sounding of hunting horns. In the evening, musical entertainment will be offered in the restaurant Entre Terre & Mer. The chef of the restaurant, Richard Lionel, will prepare top quality feasts that should appeal to all lovers of gastronomy. Christmas brunches are also planned for those wanting to enjoy quality family time over a festive late morning meal.
